Lidl UK have launched their new Easter TV campaign created by TBWALondon, titled “The Little Pub.” Filmed in a traditional British pub, the video captures families and couples enjoying an Easter lunch, feasting on seasonal favourites roast lamb, red wine and chocolate Easter bunnies. When presented with the menu (void of any prices) guests are asked to pay what they believe the food is worth! Placing the emphasis on the consumer, TBWA are attempting to change the perception of Lidl foods, emphasising the high quality and low prices, while bring families together. Using the hashtag # LidlSurprises the campaign also encourages consumers to share their recipes and experiences online.
