The campaign cost £7 million pound to make and features the T.V ad seen above, a smartphone game, merchandise and in store promotions. The catchy acoustic song, which John Lewis ads have become famous for is ‘Half the World Away’ by little known Norwegian artist Aurora. This year’s seasonal campaign is directed by Kim Gehrig.
